Image No.7 from my book the classic route. @elham.zeraatkar1997 my guide in Kashan counting American dollar bills for our day trip drivers pay. I have idea why the streets of Kashan had these crazy neon lights on but with Elhams red shayla the lights and the cash it leaves a very striking image. I have added 9 other image I took while on the route, either on trains which I highly recommend if you wanted to go to Iran and on the road.

Image No.6. Singers under Khajou bridge.The picture I am most proud of from the book.As I sat and watch this happening around me it reminded me so much of growing up in a traditional Irish music house, going to singing festivals and sessions as a child and watching people perform.
At night local men gather to entertain small crowds of people under the bridge and each singer has his own style that he shows off to applause from the crowd including a form of lilting that was so like what we would have. I knew about this event because I'd seen it in an Anthony Bourdain travel show and in it he indicated he wasn't made welcome, that was the complete opposite as I sat there and took it all in, an incredible moment to cherish. I have also added additional pictures from that night.
